Refund Policy
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes, we offer hassle-free returns.
If you are not satisfied with your order or received an incorrect item, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your package.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be purchased from our store
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery
Please note: We currently do not offer exchanges. Returned items will not be replaced with a different product or variant unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
DO YOU ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS?
Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
However, cancellation is not guaranteed, as our fulfillment team processes orders very quickly.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUND REQUESTS?
We do not accept general refund requests once the order has shipped.
Refunds are only accepted in the following situations:
✔ The product received is completely different from what was ordered
✔ The size or color is incorrect
✔ The item arrives damaged
In these cases, we can:
- Reship the correct product for FREE, or
- Issue a partial refund (full refunds are not provided)

- Reason for refund
- Photo or video of the item received
- Order number
Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Once verified, we will ship the correct product at no additional cost.
IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS
We are unable to provide refunds if:
- The tracking number shows the order was delivered, but the customer claims they did not receive it (this may involve package theft, which is outside our control)
- The item has been used
- The return request is sent after 5 days of delivery
